YHR Partners developed a long-range master plan for a growing Catholic Parish in the Brainerd lakes area. The Master plan that consisted of a new worship space, gathering area fellowship hall, and remodeling the existing building into parish offices and educational space. The Parish decided to go forward with a Phase I project which included a gathering space, a temporary worship space located in what will become the future fellowship hall.
