There are 3 additions to Bethany Retirement Living on the University Campus along with major remodeling. Skilled I addition consists of a 3 story addition of a main floor business office suite and PT/OT. Skilled II addition consists of a 3 story connection link that will connect the upper floors to Skilled I with an elevator, stairs and lounge spaces. Towers I addition consists of a 1 story addition that will be the new multi-purpose space. Remodeling will consist of adult daycare, new diner, c-store, adult daycare, spa, remodeling of the salon and office spaces.
