In this role, you’ll oversee financial operations, manage accounting items, and support the smooth functioning of our office. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a background in accounting. Responsibilities:

  • Manage office accounts.

  • Manage accounts receivable & payable.

  • Provide regular financial statements.

  • Write contracts for clients and consultants.

  • Track employee vacation, personal time, registrations, & licenses.

  • Oversee employee benefits.

  • Order supplies as needed.
