Dakota Pediatric Dentistry.

Fargo, North Dakota

The project consists of a new 3,465 SF office specializing in pediatric dentistry.  YHR Partners was hired to design the overall appearance of the new office and work with the Owner’s dental design consultant to review interior planning for code compliance. Design work included building shell, monument sign, landscaping, and structural, mechanical and electrical engineering. Intensive site planning and coordination was required with the civil engineer and other jurisdictions to meet site requirements for a significant gas line easement across the site. YHR will also provide full-service design through construction administration.
