Northern Lights features 197 living units that surround a central outdoor rooftop patio.  A secondary smaller rooftop patio features views of the Sheyenne River.  The first floor includes walk up apartment units, commercial space, and an enclosed parking garage. Other amenities include a community room, lounge, fitness area, yoga space, and bike storage.  There is also a skyway from the third level that connects to an open parking garage.
