This new skilled care facility replaces an existing 1960-1970 84 bed facility, it is a two story structure, built in three phases, creating 8 separate households. There is a central core that houses the chapel, wellness center, coffee shop, and administration. This core connects to the existing Assisted Living facility on the campus.
