This rural hospital built in 1960 in North Dakota oil country has seen a dramatic increase in clinic and emergency room visits and has seen an increased need for security. YHR Partners provided a master plan to add a new clinic, upgrade the hospital by adding a new ambulance garage, physical therapy department, emergency room and remodeling and expanding the existing outdated nurse’s station. A lower-level area was created to allow for future expansion.
